PVC hose—reinforced with plastic fibers—offers strong support and resists deformation, capable of conveying liquids, dust, and particles. It is resistant to acids, alkalis, chemicals, and oils, and highly wear-resistant. Its inner diameter can reach 14 inches, and the thickened version is a top-of-the-line product specially designed for gold panning.
PVC Hose – Air Hose—are available in two structural types: five-layer and three-layer. They can withstand a maximum working pressure of up to 50 bar and are suitable for conveying medium- and high-pressure gases such as oxygen, acetylene, and coal gas, compatible with various machinery and hardware tools.
The polymer double-layer braided hose is made of PE material; compared with PVC hoses, it weighs half as much and costs half as much. It’s lightweight and affordable, with a working pressure of up to 4 bar, making it suitable for a variety of low-pressure water delivery applications.
The double-layer hose employs a manufacturing process distinct from that of ordinary hoses, featuring different colors on the inside and outside: the inner layer is black to block light and inhibit algae growth, while the double-layer structure resists twisting and offers high abrasion resistance.
Steel wire hoses are available in food-grade, standard, and high-temperature-resistant versions. The food-grade version is suitable for transporting liquids such as red wine and soy sauce; the standard version can withstand negative pressure and be used for pumping water; and the high-temperature-resistant version can endure temperatures up to 120°C.
